VICTOR ABU

Victor Abu began his insurance career with Capital Express Assurance as an Insurance Agent and has since risen through the ranks to become the Head of Retail. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s retail business operations, driving exceptional growth and profitability. Mr. Abu is a dedicated and results-driven leader with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans, optimizing customer experiences, and building high-performance teams. His leadership has been instrumental in driving revenue, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the brand’s reputation.

Mr. Abu holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the University of The Gambia and an Advanced Diploma in Life Assurance from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII). He is currently a student member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). In addition to his formal education, Mr. Abu has attended several workshops and training sessions focused on Retail and Agency operations in Nigeria, Germany (Frankfurt and Berlin), and The Gambia (Banjul), further honing his expertise in the industry.
