Ruth Isa is a seasoned life insurance professional with over a decade of extensive experience in Life Insurance Operations. She previously served as the Group Business Head in the Group Marketing Unit, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight.

Currently, Isa oversees the Technical Unit, where she provides critical technical and actuarial expertise to align with and support the company’s business objectives. Her role is pivotal in ensuring that the company’s operations are grounded in sound actuarial principles and best practices.

Isa has also earned an Advanced Diploma in Life Assurance Management from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII). As part of the inaugural cohort, she gained comprehensive knowledge in various key areas, including Life Assurance, Annuities, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Agency Administration, Actuarial Principles, Retirement Planning, Customer Service, Regulatory Compliance, and the strategic use of technology in operations. Her advanced qualifications and deep expertise position her as a leading figure in the life insurance industry, capable of driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of top-tier services.
